BEGOÑA PEÑA, Ph.D. in Physical Sciences, is associate professor of Energy Systems at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Zaragoza (Spain). Her research lines include Power to Gas technologies, carbon capture and utilization and energy integrated systems with low emissions for the industry. She is co-author of 48 JCR articles, co-advisor of three PhD thesis and co-PI of the ongoing projects “Decarbonization of Iron & Steel industry through green hydrogen and CO₂ recirculation” and “Decarbonization of Iron & Steel industry through green HYdrogen, CO₂ capture and Methanation”.
