PAULA CANALÍS MARTÍNEZ is Adjunct Professor at Universidad de Zaragoza. She PAULA CANALIS is PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Zaragoza and Adjunct Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the same University. She has participated in 20 research projects in national and European public calls, as well as in 11 research contracts with companies. Although the beginning of her research career was related to coal and thermal power plant optimization, most of the projects she has collaborated on, both in public and private contracts, are directly related to the use of biomass in different technologies. In the last five years, she has been part of the research team for national projects, such as TEGBIOSOL and BIOXICCS, as well as the international cooperation project funded by AECID, MORE project, developed in Cuba. She is currently part of the research team for the BIOXSTEEL project.
